today is my 2nd night...
and as usual, i am kinda tired...
but luckily...
i was assigned to do triage...
so still oki...

tml is the wk end off that i had been really looking forward to...
after working thru the new year...
there isnt much things to celebrate for anymore...

i spend the last few seconds of 2008 in CE's practical room,
holding down a struggling child,
while another of my colleague assisted my senior consultant in a nail avulsion...

well...
wat a way to receive the new year...
work non-stop....

now i can official say i work from 2008 to 2009 non-stop man!!!

had been looking forward to resting...
chilling out with my friends...
shop a lil...
with my now tight budget...
i spend too much on online shopping...

and maybe meet him for movie...

well...
i juz look forward to not coming to work...

thou i love my job...
i do love the kids...
(but i hate some of the parents)...

but i am juz tired of all the politics and sick ppl here in my dept...
neber fail to pissed me off...
i juz wanna kick their ass...
if i can...

Sister was really in a good mood recently...
that day,
she came up to me and asked me to pass a msg to the rest of the staff...
she held onto my hands...
and as she was abt to blah out watever she wanna said,
she suddenly paused and look into my eyes...
she smiled...

then i open my eyes big and asked "yes sister??"

she said...
"ur eyes are so beautiful..."

i was shocked to my death bed...

well, i almost...

thou i know all these compliments really depends on the weather in her office that day...
she definitely made my day...

there will definitely be angry or unreasonable parents...
those that really land u in deep shit...

however,
i know i love kids...
i am happy when parents really appreciate ur efforts in helping their child...
i dun need them to compliment me on a feedback form...
neither do i need them to write to the papers abt how good/efficient we are...

all i need from them is a "thank you" and a smile...
and maybe address me by my name...
rather than missy missy ah..or nurse ah...

hahahaha...

thats genuinely enough...
