this morning we went to the changi airport to observe the exercise Bobcat...lol...its so hot!! and on our way there, my lecturer told me that i passed my medical ALS theory test!! yeahz!!! me so happy!! yeahz!!! lol... that means i passed that part of the module!! yeahz!! happy!! lol...
anyway, its so hot..shall not talk abt the exercise now...will write another post on it once i receive all the picts from my friends...hahahaha...alrite... going to celebrate now!! with my yoga class!! yeahz!!!

today went to chinatown and have dim sum with hubbie after my yoga class...it was so sweet of me to travel all the way down to chinatown juz to have dinner with hubbie rite!! lol..me think so too!! lol...

anyway...

i juz realise that hubbie recently bery clever... lol... now he knows how to 哄 girls liao...why did i say so?? obviously bcoz of something he did that ALMOST made me angry!! lol...

i was on the NEL(Douby Gout) heading towards chinatown when i called him...and he told me he was still in the office!!! wah kaoz!!! @#$%$%^&*!! so that means i gotta wait for him lohz!! with my brunch taken at 11am + my 1.5 hrs of hot yoga...its already 8 pm when i called him in the NEL...any normal person would have gone hypoglycemia... and i still have to wait for him!!! wah kaoz!!! but nvm... i tahan...in my heart, i said...when i see u, u know!! lol...
then when i was walking out the the underpass from the mrt station...i received 2 msg from him...

1st msg: "Look at the sky."
(i literally looked up..thinking wat the hell was up there???
then i saw his 2nd msg....)

2nd msg: "i am flying over now."
(wah kaoz!!! at that moment i was picturing a pig flying with wings!!! hahahahaha...
then nvm..he send me another msg shortly...)

3rd msg: "sorry. Got turbulence."
(dong dong..this one i really laugh out...hahahaha...he's a moron...and i look like an idiot looking at my phone and laughing out in the middle of the street!!!)

but he oso 厉害 nahz..managed to make me laugh with his stupid joke!! hahaha...lucky him that i lost my way in chinatown... (alrite dun laugh oki!!! there are so many lanes there!! how i know which one to take..some more its like 8 pm already oki!!) so in the end, he actually reached first...hahahaha...

so we had dim sum and after dinner, hubbie juz walked me to the bus stop and i took a bus back as he need to report back to work..see he so poor thing hor...but nvm nahz... earn more money and have more sales oki!! i wanna a LV bag soon!! i saw one bag with gracie in LV that day...not too ex nahz...lol...definately u can afford it!! so 加油!!! hahahaahahaha...

this morning we took our Medical ALS theory and practical test... haiz... actually i am suppose to study for it over the weekend...all hubbie's fault!!! he made me so distracted!!! hahahaha... erm...actually its me 心甘情愿 to let him distract me nahz... lol... think if ur man do a strip tease in front of u, then u still have the mood to study mehz!!! hahahaha...but even though hubbie didnt do a strip tease (of course he didnt!! he would say, "over my dead body!!!"... hahaha...) but still i juz simply cannot concentrate... lol....
but nevertheless, i managed to do some reading juz the night before the test, like @ 11 pm... obviously not much things went in... lol...

but i have to say that the paper was kinda tough...(maybe bcoz i didnt study nahz...but the whole class said it was difficult lehz..so not only me nahz!! lol...) i juz simply hope i will pass...

as for my practical, i hiong hiong go for the first round oki!!! bcoz i juz wanna get over and done with it!! so sick of waiting outside the room...the more i wait, the more tense up i would be!! then in the end - mental block!!! wats the point!!! i hiong oso wanna do ah!!

and i feel that my case scenario was kinda difficult and tricky..its about trauma...a 35 yrs old Indian man fell from height and arrived at my ED via lorry...then i am the Staff nurse @ triage, and when i went to see him, he was unresponsive!!

in the end, i was tested on PEA (Pulseless Electrical Activity) and Pulseless VT(Ventricular tachycardia)...

trauma + Cardiac Arrhythmia!! not so straight forward lohz..still have to talk abt maintaining the c-spine... intubation with in-line stabilisation...etc... and the lecturer keep drilling me on the possible causes of the PEA!! luckily last time in CE's core program mock code, i am already exposed to this kinda case... so 小case nahz!!! before she even asked me, i already told her i will assess for the possible cause of the PEA... of course i talk abt the 5H and 5T nahz... then especially this one is trauma case.. high chance of Tension pneumothorax, Cardiac Temponade and Intra-Abdominal hemorrhage... but thats not all the lecturer wants... then she asked me abt the clinical manifestation of these condition... haiz... also 小case nahz... lol...after my BTLS training...i can juz blah out everything to her!! hahaha... but nebertheless, i am still bery anxious!! and i almost forget to check the patients pulse after the shock..and then she actually change the rhythm but i keep doing my CPR!! kaoz!! luckily she didnt fail me on that!! hahahaha...but she also said that i am bery systematic...lol... which was good nahz!! kaoz!! so in the end, i passed!! yeahz!!!

juz another test down before my final management paper and medical emergency paper...haiz...thats like 2 more weeks to go.. or i should say i am left with less than 2 weeks... haiz...stress...

once honey is back...i search thru his sling bag for the key to this lagagge...hahahaha...oh i simply cait wait to see my stuff!!!! lol...i bery bad hor... hahahahah...

honey is finally back!!! his parents and i spend like 45 mins to drive from his place to the airport... this is the longest time that i spend to travel from his place (tampines) to the airport... bcoz his father keep turning into the wrong exit!! and we even went into the wrong route for 3 times!! wah kaoz!!! alrite, i shall no comment so much abt this issue...but in my heart, i was like... "uncle please...ur son is reaching... could u please stop wasting time bringing us all around singapore? juz head to the correct way to T2!!!!"

anyway, we finally reached the airport.. (after much struggle..) and hubbie already came out of the gate already...then we fetch him back and once we reach home, he started showing us the photos and stuff he bought back...

this is the room in the service apartment that he lived in... obviously somebody made the bed for him... lol...
