went for my bery first kickboxing class juz now...
it was damn fun man!!!
i njoyed it so much...

as it was the first time trying out kick boxing for the most of us in the class...
so the instructor really going kinda slow so we could pick up the momentum...
lol...

its really alot abt ur body's coordination...hahahaa...
as its my first lesson, there is really some steps that i simply cannot catch man!!! hahaha...
but its really fun hopping around, punching and kicking...
hahahha...

as i was standing beside graice, and when she do her side kick, she used so much force till i am so scared that her shoes will fly off man...
if really so, then sure will kanan my face man!! hahaha..

but its really fun looking at ourselves in the mirror...
like some penguins kicking around lidat... hahaha...
think we are juz too clumpsy... hahaha.. not used to it yet bahz... lol...

me so happy!! hoping to combine yoga with kick boxing... so i could tone my body and burn some fat with hot yoga but at the same time do kick boxing for some cardio to strengthen my heart too!!! yeahz!!!

and i had juz printed out my proposal!!! hahaha... and i am going to hand it in tml!!!
and i am down with one LAST assignment to go and i am FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I juz cant wait to njoy myself totally!!!
and cant wait for hubbie to finish his resevice this friday..
he so poor thing as he had been sleeping in the jungle for like 4 days liao!!!
happy for those mosquitos there man!!! they are able to see him everyday and sleeping beside him and sucking his blood..hahahaha...
