today is the 2nd last day of our first 6 weeks of posting... then next week will be our assessment wk then we are back to the hospitals again for another 6 weeks of posting... i am happy...but not exactly bery happy...
happy that finally we had completed the first half of our attachment...
not happy bcoz our assessments are coming and i think there will be more assignments that might come up...

i think this course is really terrible!!! they really squeeze ppl dry... i gonna give NYP our evaluation after the whole thingy...saying this whole course SUCKZ BIG TIME!!!

anyway, my mood today still slightly better...but still kinda moody... not a smile on my face at all... juz those sianz sianz kinda face...

anyway.. after work, i went to get this - Apple Cider Vinegar...


i had heard alot abt it... as in how it can help prevent diseases, then can lose weight, can beautify ur skin etc... after seeing all those patients coming in with heart attack, end stage renal failure, ischemia heart disease etc, i am so worried abt my own health.. esp i am this big size...i really wanna do something to jaga my own health.. i mean afterall, ur health is ur's...and its ur responsibility to take good care of it... so if u dun exercise regularly, dun bother abt ur diet, keep being so lazy and sleep always, and if u mess it up, its juz too bad...
anyway, me oso getting some anti-cholesterol supplements from my lecturer... not saying that i got high cholesterol nahz...but even if u dun have, u still can take it as a supplement mahz... prevention is better than cure isnt it...

so today i had decided to get a bottle and try.. its not ex..abt 6 bucks... juz go to any unity or NTUC and u can get liao... but get the unfiltered ones...

look at the nutritional facts... its no carbo, no fats, nothing at all... so i think should be bery healthy...


should be not bad nahz... i will come back to give a verdict of this after a period of time... so stay tune..lol...
