finally i am going to build a new home with hubbie... today is our first step to actualise the plan for our future!!

hubbie came to fetch me from SGH after i off shift and we head to Toa Payoh to settle our new flat's down payment issue...lol...

we were schedule for an appointment @ 1615hr. but we went earlier to settle everything...lol...
after paying the 5% down payment, signing tonnes of document, we finally can claim that we have a new home!!! lol... but we still gotta wait for another 3 yrs before we could move in!! hahaha...

anyway, our new address is

initially we wanted to get the 15th storey one!! and our Queue no is 13 lohz!! but someone actually came before us and took this unit!!! WTF!!! so nvm..as hubbie dun like 14th and 13th storey, so we juz settle with the 12th storey... anyway, if too high storey, cannot put rain shower lehz... bcoz not enough pressure...anyway, i am happy liao!! lol...

after settle the housing issue, hubbie brought me to Balestier to eat durian!! yummy!! i think maybe he pregnant ah..he will suddenly have craving for some type of food lehz!! ops!!! did u miss ur uncle's visit?? lol...

anyway, we couldn't even finish one durian... too much man... its so sweet, but yet got this bitter taste!! lol...


look at the mountain of durian!! wah kaoz!!! they got different name for their durian... wat we ate was Butter...as its "meat" looks like Butter... lol... got another type call Phoenix ah!! so cute rite!!


as we couldn't finish the durian, we tabao and hubbie went to get more for his colleague and dad to eat...see hubbie so nice... so this lady chose this huge durian for us and open for us to try!! really superb lohz!!!! look at how big it is!!


in the end, we spend close to $90 bucks juz on durians!!! first time eat so ex durian!! hahaha..remembered last time i bought in Geylang already cost me $70 plus lohz!! kaoz!!! anyway, its nice one...hahahaha...
