this song brings me back to the sweet memories when hubbie proposed to me on 03/07/07...

(though its not on christmas..hahaha...but its the Gift...

i still remembered it was a tuesday...and our 2nd day in Taipei...(we went to Taiwan for holiday)..and we were going to the Taipei 101 tower...

remembering hubbie keep repeatedly telling me that this tower was the tallest building in the world...and we will be going up to the highest level in the tower...so we will be like on the "highest" point on earth...i was so excited...to notice anything unusual abt him...hahaha...i thought he was juz nagging...hahaha

so we went up to tour the inside the tower..and indeed the scenery was superb!!! then hubbie say wanna go even higher up...so we bought another ticket and went up to the 91th story...and that's the highest point u can go...

i can feel the gentle breeze blowing against my face and my hair...looking down, i really feel that i am on the "highest" point on earth...the view of the whole taipei city were within my eyes...and above me was juz the clear blue sky...with the one i loved most beside me...little did i know wat awaits me...

i was looking around, taking picts...then hubbie say wanna take a pict for me and he juz kneel down and took for me..after that, he juz stayed in that position...i tot wat had happened...izzit his leg numb or wat...why he didnt get up?? thats when he took out a small black metal box..and i was thinking: "wat the hell was that?? dun tell me he's gonna propose man!!!"

juz then with his soft gaze...and slightly trembling hands...he took out the ring and held it towards me with both hands...looking deep into my eyes...

i can see his anxiousness...but he managed to gather all his courage..and mumbled these words...
"Dear,

This is the highest point on earth,

And a place closest to heaven...

And in this place,

I'll give you my promise,

That i will love you forever...

Will you marry me?"

OMG!!!! i was like going crazy!!and was sooooooo..surprise...i was too surprised to say anything.. to cry or to laugh or watever!!! i totally didnt expect this at all!!! i juz keep saying..eh dun lidat lehz..alot of ppl looking..hahaha..thats all i remembered...lol.

now to think of it..my mind is still full of sweet memories...
