my body is now aching all over bcoz yest went hot yoga with da jie and gracie..and we were in the torture chamber for 1h 30 mins....and perspiring like nobody's business...our shirt were all wet...except the bra portion...bcoz the sweat was absorbed by our bra itself...EEEeeeeeeeeee!!! er sin!!!hahahaha...then on and off..think bcoz of the heat, the difficult posture and all the sit ups we gonna do..there was a few times when me and gracie felt bery dizzy...then no choice we juz lie there and rest..if not we sure faint man..gracie even rest until she almost fell aslp...hahaha...

but after the sweating out, we felt so much fresher!! and like detoxified lidat..bcoz pores all open..then all the toxin from our face is like kanan sweat out lidat...wow...and can 漂漂亮亮 go orchard shopping!! yeahz!!!

so we went to Chinatown and eat nice nice dim sum before heading down to orchard for shopping...orchard really "people mountain people sea"....as its a sat i guess...but still...alot of ppl there lohz..so sianz shopping during weekends...gotta squeeze with ppl...was walking out of GUESS @ Taka...then suddenly saw this banner in Zara's showcase-
